How Can cough, Congestion And Headache Be Treated?

I have been ill since the end of November. I have been on two rounds of antibiotics and steroids. I still am congested, coughing, headache, heavy feeling on my chest. Sore neck, red rash like spots with little blisters over my body. Tired, body aches and no energy.

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection or viral bronchitis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days.

If Symptoms not improved please consult your physician/ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
